Unit has beautiful, new LVP flooring throughout, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, quartz countertops, new appliances, and new light fixtures with beautiful, new furnishings and decor. Fully stocked kitchen. New large screen smart TV’s in living room, both king suites and in bunk room. We stock a starter set of toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom), 1 roll of paper towels, bath soap, etc. Guests provide their own beyond that. Guests to provide their own beach towels and/or toys. Complimentary beach service (which includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella) is included with rental from March-October. Additional sets are available for rent through LDV Beach Service. Please check-in with Beach Attendant for beach setup.
